1. What this site is

Cannabis Miami is an independent editorial guide. We list licensed medical cannabis dispensaries operating in the Miami area under Florida's Medical Marijuana Use Registry program, and publish reviews, guides, and primer content for patients. We are not affiliated with the dispensaries we list. We are not a dispensary, a clinic, or a law firm.

2. Age & eligibility

To use the eligibility quiz or otherwise interact with Cannabis Miami, you must be 21 years of age or older, except for patients certified under Florida's terminal-patient exception. By using this site you represent that you meet that requirement.

Florida's medical cannabis program is restricted to Florida residents and seasonal residents (31+ consecutive days per year). We do not facilitate purchases or referrals for patients outside Florida.

3. Not medical advice

Content on Cannabis Miami is for general informational purposes only. It is not medical advice, does not establish a patient-physician relationship, and should not be used as a substitute for consultation with a licensed healthcare provider. If you are considering medical cannabis, you must consult a Florida-licensed physician who can evaluate your specific situation.

Our 60-second eligibility quiz is a preliminary screening tool only. A qualifying physician makes the formal determination of whether you meet Florida's qualifying conditions.

4. Shop listings

We do our best to keep dispensary information current — addresses, hours, languages spoken, format. But operators change their hours, menus, and locations frequently. Always verify directly with the dispensary before visiting. We are not responsible for inaccuracies.

Inclusion on the site is not a paid placement. We do not currently accept fees for listings; if that ever changes, this page will be updated and the site will clearly mark any sponsored content as such.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Scrape the site or its data programmatically without our written permission.
• Submit false information through any form on the site.
• Impersonate another person, including a healthcare provider.
• Use the site to facilitate illegal activity in Florida or any other jurisdiction.
• Attempt to circumvent the age and residency requirements above.

6. Intellectual property

All editorial content on Cannabis Miami — text, photography we have commissioned, the wordmark and visual identity — is the property of Cannabis Miami unless otherwise marked. Dispensary names, logos, and brand marks belong to the respective operators and are used here for identification purposes only.

You may share, quote, and link to our content for personal or non-commercial use, with attribution. Commercial reuse requires written permission — email Hello@cannabismiami.com.

7. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is." We make no warranties of any kind regarding its accuracy or fitness for any purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cannabis Miami is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or any service connected to it.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. We'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in The Dispatch newsletter and at the top of the site. Continued use of Cannabis Miami after a change means you accept the updated terms.
